You can do a few things yourself in the Swarmify Dashboard → Billing. Everything else must be completed by our team—just open a support ticket.

Will my videos or embeds be affected?
Switching plans or billing cycles: No. Your videos, CDN keys, embedded players, and links all stay exactly as they are. Switching from annual to monthly (or the other way around) is a billing-cycle change, not a cancellation - your account stays active and nothing is removed.
Cancellation: If your subscription is cancelled or payment lapses, we hold your encoded videos for a 30-day grace period. Reactivate within that window and everything picks up where you left off. After 30 days, encoded content is permanently removed from our storage. We recommend always keeping a copy of your original source files somewhere you control - SmartVideo is optimized for delivery, not long-term archival storage.
