When you’re charged
You won’t be charged anything until your trial ends, on day 15. A few days before that, we send a reminder email with your plan name and the exact amount of your first charge, so there’s no surprise. If you take no action, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your card is charged for the plan you signed up for.
Cancelling or downgrading before you’re charged
Changed your mind, or want a different plan? Email support@swarmify.com or reach us through the live chat widget on our site before your trial ends. Let us know you’d like to cancel or switch plans, and whether you want that to happen immediately or at your next renewal — we’ll take care of it before any charge goes through.
What happens to your videos if you cancel
If you cancel or a payment lapses, we hold your encoded videos for a 30-day grace period. Reactivate within that window by emailing support@swarmify.com and everything picks up right where you left off. After 30 days, encoded content is permanently removed from our storage — so if you do cancel, keep a copy of your original source files somewhere you control.
