Video Hosting Your Agency Can Resell or White-Label
The SmartVideo player presents as your agency’s own work — no Vimeo wordmark, no Wistia footer, no third-party branding leaking into client deliverables. Install once with the WordPress plugin or a Webflow embed, deploy to every client site, and bill your clients however you like.

Their Branding, Not Yours
Vimeo’s wordmark sits in the corner of every embed. The Wistia logo links back to wistia.com. Your client’s visitors see whose video host you picked instead of the brand identity you spent the engagement building. Creaktor ran into exactly this before switching — and the same white-label concern drives brand-sensitive clients like law firms to a logo-free player.
Per-Client Tier Overage Is a Surprise Bill
Wistia’s Business plan caps storage at 250 GB and bandwidth at 1 TB; extra seats are $25/mo each. Vimeo caps lifetime storage per plan (2 TB on Starter, 7 TB on Advanced). The first viral product video at a single client blows through the limits — and the support ticket comes to you, not the host.
Enterprise Hosts Are Priced for Enterprise
Brightcove’s entry tier commonly quotes from $199/mo for 50K plays. Selling that on top of a $2,500 WordPress build is a non-starter for the 10-person studio with 30 client sites — the per-client floor alone doesn’t pencil.
Onboarding Doesn’t Scale Per-Client
Standing up a separate Wistia or Vimeo account for every client — new logins, new billing, new bandwidth allotment to monitor — turns each new project into an ops drag. A 30-client roster becomes a 30-account problem.
How SmartVideo Fixes Agency Video Hosting
White-Label Player on Every Client Site
The SmartVideo player ships clean — no third-party logo, no “Watch on Vimeo” button, no suggested-video carousel pulling visitors out of your client’s funnel. Custom colors and play-button styling on every plan, so each client’s player matches their brand, not yours and not ours.
One Swarm CDN Key, Many Client Sites
Install the WordPress plugin on each client site, paste your Swarm CDN key, and SmartVideo is live. The same account drives all of them — one billing relationship, one views pool, one place to monitor delivery. For Webflow clients, the same key drops in via the embed snippet.
Unlimited Bandwidth So Launches Don’t Trigger Overage
Every plan includes unlimited bandwidth and encoding. When a client’s product launch video lands on the home page and traffic spikes, you don’t get a 3 AM Slack about a bandwidth bill. Plans price on monthly views, with generous storage included (1 TB Startup / 3 TB Growth / 5 TB Pro).
Auto-Convert Existing Vimeo Embeds Site-Wide
Auto SmartVideo conversion replaces Vimeo embeds across a client’s WordPress site once the plugin is installed — no per-page editing, no asking the client’s in-house person to find every embed. Original Vimeo URLs stay as fallback. Disable the plugin and everything reverts. (YouTube auto-conversion is opt-in and not always reliable; auto-conversion of Wistia is not supported.)
A sample production reel in the live SmartVideo player — no branding, no related videos, no logo in the corner.

- 1
One SmartVideo Account at Your Agency
Sign up once on the Growth or Pro plan. You hold the billing relationship and the Swarm CDN key. Clients don’t need their own SmartVideo logins.
- 2
Install on Each Client Site
WordPress: drop in the SmartVideo plugin and paste your key. Webflow: paste the embed snippet into Site Settings → Custom Code. Same key on every site — our agencies page covers the multi-site pattern.

Bill Clients However You Want
SmartVideo doesn’t see your client relationships. Pass the cost through, mark it up, fold it into a retainer — that’s your call. Views pool across every site you install on, so one quiet client doesn’t pay for a busy one.
Need per-client analytics dashboards, sub-accounts, or a partner API? Those sit on the agency-program roadmap. Today, agencies running a single Pro plan across multiple sites is the supported pattern. Talk to us if you need something more formal.

Creaktor: A Branding Studio That Couldn’t Tolerate Vimeo’s Logo on Client Work
Creaktor is a Dutch brand-and-identity studio whose deliverables include video. Vimeo’s wordmark on every embed undercut the brand identities they’d built for clients — and viral campaigns hit bandwidth ceilings. They moved to SmartVideo for a fully white-label player and CDN-backed delivery, and now ship every client deliverable on a player that presents as the client’s own.

“Very easy to add to my Divi Wordpress website - just add a small chunk of code to the Headers and nothing else is needed. In return, I get all the benefits of using the YouTube server with none of the downside of ads or additional content at the end of clips. It’s really genius and one subscription covers all my sites.”

“We attained a 200% conversion rate increase in our lead-gen funnels. Simplicity and great user experience are everything.”
Frequently Asked Questions
Still have questions? Get in touch or browse the help center.
Can I really run multiple client sites on one SmartVideo account?
Yes. Install the WordPress plugin on each client site and paste the same Swarm CDN key, or drop the Webflow snippet into each site’s custom code settings. Views are pooled across every site you install on. The agencies page covers the pattern in more detail.
How does the player stay fully white-label?
By default, the SmartVideo player shows no third-party logos, no “Powered by” footer, and no suggested-video carousel. Custom colors and play-button styling are available on every plan so each client’s player matches their brand. There is no SmartVideo wordmark on the player visible to your client’s end-users.
What happens when a client’s video goes viral?
Nothing dramatic on the billing side — every plan includes unlimited bandwidth. A traffic spike is a view bump against your monthly allotment, not a separate bandwidth charge. If you exceed your monthly views, a small per-thousand overage applies; views are never throttled or cut off.
Will my existing client Vimeo embeds keep working?
Yes. On WordPress, enable auto SmartVideo conversion and Vimeo embeds on each client site are replaced site-wide with the SmartVideo player. The original Vimeo URLs remain in the page source as fallback — disable the plugin and everything reverts. (YouTube auto-conversion is opt-in and not always reliable; Wistia auto-conversion is not supported.)
Do you offer agency-specific pricing or sub-accounts?
Not as a separate SKU yet. Today, the supported pattern is one Pro plan ($99/mo, 150K pooled views, unlimited bandwidth) across multiple client sites. Per-client analytics dashboards, sub-accounts, and a partner API are on the roadmap. If you need something more formal, get in touch.
Is there a referral program if I’d rather not host directly?
Yes — the affiliate program pays 30% recurring on every client you refer, with no cap and no expiration. It’s a separate path from the multi-client Pro plan covered on this page; the agencies page explains both options side by side.
How is this different from reselling Brightcove or Muvi?
Enterprise hosts like Brightcove are sales-gated and commonly quoted from $199/mo for their entry tier, with custom enterprise contracts above. Muvi’s reseller motion is similar. SmartVideo is self-serve, flat-priced (Startup $19, Growth $59, Pro $99 annual), and a 10-person studio with 30 client sites can sign up and deploy the same day. See the comparison table above.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial — card required, no charge until day 15. Start a Growth trial or see pricing for all plan details.
One Swarm CDN key, dropped onto every client site via WordPress plugin or Webflow embed. White-label player on every plan, unlimited bandwidth so launches don’t bite, generous storage included. Bill your clients however you want — SmartVideo stays behind the scenes.
