You can deliver any video that you have the rights to use and share with your viewers, within the acceptable-use terms of our Master Services Agreement (section 2.1). Those terms rule out content that:
- is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or obscene;
- infringes someone else’s intellectual property rights;
- contains viruses, malware, or other malicious code; or
- is meant to abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the security or performance of the service.
Swarmify may suspend service immediately for content that breaks these terms. The agreement has the full wording.
