- Email us at support@swarmify.com, or reach out through the live chat widget on our site.
- Send your message from the email address that’s currently on your account, if you can — it’s the quickest way for us to confirm it’s you.
- Let us know the new email address you’d like on the account.
We’ll make the change and reply to confirm once it’s done.
Lost access to your old inbox? No problem — reach out anyway. If you can’t send from the email currently on file, we’ll help confirm it’s really you another way before making the switch.
AppSumo lifetime deal customers
If you bought SmartVideo through an AppSumo lifetime deal, you can update your account email the same way. Just keep in mind your lifetime license is tied to you personally — it can’t be transferred or resold to someone else.
