What happens if I go over my plan's storage limit?

Short answer: nothing gets shut off, and you won’t see a surprise charge.

Every plan includes a set amount of storage — 1 TB on Startup, 3 TB on Growth, and 5 TB on Pro — which covers almost everyone. If your account grows past that, we’ll work with you to right-size it. That usually means one of:

  • Upgrading to a plan with more included storage, if your library is actively growing.
  • Clearing out unused videos — we can help you find what’s no longer getting views so you can free up space without changing plans.
  • For libraries well beyond our standard plans, a custom storage arrangement.

We don’t automatically add storage overage charges to standard plans. If you’re getting close to your limit, email support@swarmify.com or use the live chat widget on our site and we’ll help you figure out the best path.
