- June 2, 2026 – MSA, Privacy Policy, DPA, and DMCA Policy updated: named contracting entity (Swarmify Video LLC) and infrastructure subprocessors with processing locations; added automatic transcription/caption terms; clarified auto-renewal and self-serve cancellation; added a data-protection liability cap and customer responsibility/indemnity for customer-enabled analytics; corrected advertising and reCAPTCHA disclosures; specified the DMCA counter-notification restoration window.
- May 24, 2026 – Privacy Policy and DPA revised for GDPR/CCPA-CPRA alignment (consent mode, subprocessor list, transfer mechanisms).
- August 25, 2025 – Initial publication of the MSA, Fair Use Policy, and DMCA Policy.
